The following is taken from Cemeteries in Sumner County, Kansas by Harvey and Ruth Swan (1983).
"Amish Cemetery, Spring Dale Twnshp, R3W, T31, Sec 7, corner of NE1/4 of NW1/4. Location from Conway Springs: 1S, 21/2W.
On May 7, 1918, a Warranty Deed was issued by Amos J. Miller and his wife, Barbara Miller, to The Old Order of the Amish Mennonite Church. This consisted of a 1/2 acre of land, 147 1/2' X 147 1/2' in the NE corner of this NW quarter section. It was filed in the Register of Deeds Office, Sumner County, on May 13, 1918, 10 a.m.
It is not known why this cemetery is now a triangular shaped area.
There are about 35 to 40 graves. All the markers are similar. Some of the names are: Susana Miller-1932, age 38; her baby daughter, Anna Miller-1932; Willie Troyer-1929, age 17; Issac Yoder-1928, age 78; Lehman; Mast; Zimmermann; Stutzmann; Fry; Troyer; and Hochstetler.
The families resided in the area from about 1916 to about 1942, when many of the moved to other areas; however, some still lived in the vicinity in 1950."
