We are a non-profit group intent on preserving the heritage of the city of Parker Kansas and the surrounding community.

The Parker Community Historical Society was organized in June, 1980, as a non-profit corporation. Before that time, it was a part of the Parker Betterment Association. All donations to PCHS are tax deductible.

The Parker Community Historical Society meets on the third Tuesday of each month, except in December.
We meet at the 209 West Main museum building in Parker, Kansas, at 5:00 p.m. except there is no meeting in December. Membership dues can be paid at the meetings.

The Annual Meeting and Election of Officers is held in November.

The Officers of the Parker Community Historical Society are:
Louise Stites - President
Janice Stahl- Vice President
Marilyn Rhoades - Secretary & Treasurer

The Board of Directors of the Parker Community Historical Society consists of:
Shirley Osborn, Society Reporter
Wayne Osborn
Kenneth Prentice
Charles Hampton, Sr.
Plus Society officers Louise Stites, President; Janice Stahl, Vice President, Marilyn Rhoades, Secretary & Treasurer.

Annual Dues are:
$5.00 per person.
A Lifetime membership is available for $50.00 per person.
