Please make a note: NEW MAILING ADDRESS FOR P.C.H.S. - P O Box 173, Parker, KS 66072-0173. We haven't moved, 911 addresses effected us also.

Recent donations to our museums include: Panther Press Book of Cheers for PRHS; Commencement Exercises; play booklets; banquet covers and newspaper clippings about the Parker Depot and the Parker Magnet Football teams.

The first museum building is very much in need of a new roof. Our funds from the county is limited and any financial help would be appreciated. Donations to the Parker Community Historical Society are tax decuctible as we are a non-profit organization. Upon request a receipt will be provided.

With the current computer revolution, we are now updating our membership/alumni file. We would like to include your E-mail address. If there is sufficient interest, we are also planning to develop a 'web page'. Members then would be able to communicate easily with each other and obtain information or happenings of the alumni and Parker Community. If you would like your E-mail address made available, it may be sent to "[email protected]", "[email protected]'' or by using the USPS and send to Cheryl Erwin, 20334 Gireau Rd., Parker KS 66072.

Since 911 addresses are being implemented nationwide, it would help both the PCHS and the PRHS Alumni if you advised us as soon as it became available. If you move, send a USPS "Change of Address" card. For each newsletter that returns, PCHS pays 34 cents. Help us to serve you by KEEPING YOUR ADDRESS CURRENT.

We have lost a number of alumni since our 2000 Spring Newsletter. Below is a list of those of which we are aware. If you know of others, please advise someone with the Society or a member of the Alumni board.
