Jack Donald Cradduck died peacefully at home on Feb. 5, at the age of 87.
Born in Arkansas to Hobart and Callie Cradduck, he was the eldest of five siblings.
In 1942, he joined the Army Air Corp., then the Air Force and proudly served in three wars. While stationed in Italy during World War II, Jack met the love of his life Carmela (Lina). They were married in Naples in 1946.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lina; and three children, Jackie Giffin of Vacaville, Donald Cradduck (Jeanne) of Fairfield and Annmarie Mallo (Arthur) of Granite Bay. In addition, Jack was blessed with seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, his pride and joy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, a grandson and a son-in-law.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, March 1, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 2700 Dover Ave., Fairfield.
Inurnment with full military honors will follow at Fairmont Memorial Park.
