1709	i.	Delbert MALLICOTE was born on 16 February 1920 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. He died on 16 June 2013 at the age of 93 in Ohio. Married Thelma Ruth Campbell Buried Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, Butler, OH Delbert Mallicote, age 93, passed away at Chesterwood Village on Sunday, June 16, 2013. He was born in Rock Castle County, Kentucky on February 16, 1920 to Hobert and Bertha (Spurlock) Mallicote. On April 29, 1950 in Richmond, Indiana he married Ruth Campbell, and they were married for 63 years. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Mallicote; a son, Richard Wayne Mallicote; a granddaughter, Kristi (Kevin) Allen; two great-grandchildren, Saydie and Parker Allen; and a sister, Thelma Downey. He was preceded in death by a son, David Gregory Mallicote; his parents; and two sisters, Betty Newman, and Marilyn Butler. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from 12:30 – 1:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio. Thelma "Ruth" Mallicote, age 93 of Hamilton, passed away at Chesterwood Village on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 12:26 PM. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on November 26, 1921 the daughter of Milo and Linda (Baker) Campbell. Thelma was employed as a supervisor at the Butler County Juvenile Court for numerous years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of First Church of God. On April 29, 1950 in Richmond, Indiana she married Delbert Mallicote and he preceded her in death in 2013. She is survived by her son, Richard Wayne Mallicote of Hamilton; granddaughter, Kristi Michelle (Kevin) Allen; and two greatgrandchildren, Saydie and Parker Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Gregory Mallicote; twin brothers, Sherman and Shearld Campbell; brother, Everett Campbell; and three sisters, Nora Colwell, Cassie Madden, and Fran Westfall. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Dave Garrett of New Haven Family Worship Center officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to Hospice of Southwest Ohio.
