Indiana Death Certificate #011853 for Elsie Hellard. Died 14 Mar 2000 at the Oak Ridge Rehab Center, Richmond, Wayne Co, IN. Cause of death was central nervous system lymphoma. She was born 13 Jul 1924, Eglon, KY. Her residence was 211 Delaware Co, Apt, 7, Cambridge City, Wayne Co. She was a widow. Parents listed as Lewis Smith and Clara Webb Smith. Christal Day, her daughter was the informant. She was buried on March 18th, Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge.

Lewis SMITH and Clara Bell WEBB were married about 1914. Clara Bell WEBB was born on 16 March 1896 in Clay County, Kentucky. She died on 3 November 1979 at the age of 83 in Berea, Madison County, Kentucky.
