455	vi.	Elmer E. GABBARD⁸ was born in 1890.⁸ He died on 17 June 1960 at the age of 70.⁸ Presbyterian minister. President of Buckhorn School in Perry Co. Republican candidate for US Congress in 1942 but defeated. He was a Trustee of Berea College & also of Maryville College in TN.
