Hannah GABBARD and Elijah BOWMAN were married on 15 December 1814 in Clay County, Kentucky.²⁵ Elijah BOWMAN, son of John BOWMAN and Sarah SMITH, was born about 1797.²⁵

This Estill Co CD did not give the parents of Elijah's wife Hannah but she is the only Hannah Gabbard of suitable age that I can find.
Married Elijah Bowman on 8 Jan 1815 according to Floyd E. Gabbard.

There is a marriage in Pendleton Co, KY for Daniel Boman to Elizabeth Dance, 7 Nov 1842. Permission for daughter signed by Rebecca Thompson (her mark) in presence of Mitchel Dance. Permission for son Daniel Boman by Prudence Thompson, also witnessed by Mitchel Dance. Marriage performed on 9 Nov 1842 by Jesse Robinson.

Listed as "Idiotic and pauper" 1860 census, age 30. Living with mother & stepfather Samuel Madden in Madison Co. A sister, Sally Bowman, age 27, also listed as "Idiotic"
