The pages from the book of Allen Wallace give a death date for Peter as 17 Aug 1728. the 1747 date was found in the family association Newsletter. I do not know which is correct.

His death and burial found in Germany Deaths and Burials, 1582-1958, on MyHeritage. He was died and buried in 1747.

PETER GEBERT and ANNA BARBARA MACHTLIN were married on 24 May 1698.1 ANNA BARBARA MACHTLIN, daughter of ULRICH MACHTLIN, was born in 1666.1 She died on 18 July 1728 at the age of 62.1
