Ann Evans, widow of Abel Evans, died on Saturday week, at 1526 N. Nineteenth street, Philadelphia, in her 84th year. Her husband was long a prominent citizen of near Chester Springs, Chester county. Deceased leaves several children, Mrs. William T. Shaffer, and Mrs. Anderson, of Phila.; Isaac B. Evans, of West Vincent, and Judge Evans, of Ottaway, Ill. Funeral at Vincent Baptist Church, May 15, at 10:30 a.m.
