The 1861 Census shows Isaac, age 29, grocer, and his wife Ann, age 24,
living with Richard (age 77) and his wife Mary (age 70) in Llanover
Upper.
The Monmouthshire Poll Book 1868 shows Isaac Jeremiah voting in the
polling district of Blaenavon, Llanover Upper.
The 1881 Census shows Isaac aged 52 and his wife Ann aged 42 living with
their daughter Martha aged 13 on the East side of Cwmavon, Trevethin.
