Kelly's Directory for 1914 shows George Jeremiah as living at 11, Gibbs
Road, Newport, Monmouthshire. He has been described as a "Book-keeper"
and "accountant". The last residence of the family was Java Villa,
Somerton Road, Newport.
In 1893 he travelled to the United States on the SS Teutonic to visit his
brother John Alfred in Chester Pa. and attend the World Fair in Chicago.
