Irish Families Identified in the 1876 St Joseph Church Census with the Surnames M-N
I have identified 10 different Irish Families in this section. The McNulty Family listed below is one of the families that traveled with my great grandparents Martin and Catherine Brennan from New York. James McNulty (17) went west with Martin Brennan's son Michael. I have them both documented in Nebraska in 1880. Elizabeth Nelson was listed as a widow in the census. Ellen McCartney appears to be listed separately from the other McCartney family in this census. Eddy Hastings (8) appears to be living with the Mallon Family, and there is no further information as to how he might be related. Johanna Hilliard (9) is listed below the Daniel Neenan Family, making it appear as if he is living with them so I have included him with their data.
