Irish Families in District 25, 26 and 27 of the 1851 Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England Census Record
There was only one Irish immigrant in District 25: Michael Moonamore, 14, Apprentice Tailor who lived at 67 Shearing Crofs with the Woodhouse Family.
There was only one Irish Immigrant family in District 26: James Banan, 20 year old Servant, Laborer born in Cassel, Longford, Ireland and his wife Celia Banan, 19 year old House Servant born in Hollywell, Flint, Wales. They lived on 45 Berkley with the Freeman family.
District 27 had seven different Irish families and they all lived on Cowcliffe. They will be presented in the table below:
