Coffee (Coffey, Coffy) Families in Charlestown Roman Catholic Parish Records with Spouse's Surname M-N

I have completed items one through six of this microfilm, but I was not checking for the Coffee surname or its variants when I covered item one, so I will be going back over this item (a really long, difficult to read item) gradually as I work my way through the next film.

Regarding Surname McMinton or McAllister?: Thos Coffy witnessed the marriage of John Coffy and Mary McMinton on February 25, 1847. I am unsure of Mary's Maiden name; hopefully it will become clearer as I work my way through the microfilm. One of the Sponsors looks like McMinton, but Mary's name looks almost like McNeston. This record was repeated in item two and the record is easier to read. The date appears to be the 28th and the surname for Mary looks like McAllister. I have included both records for comparison below.
