O'CONNOR / CONNORS / KENNY - I am trying to research my wife's Irish relatives. They are Kennys and O'Connor/Connors and came to the United States in the early to mid 1890s. They settled first in Waltham, Mass., before coming to Louisville, Kentucky, where their descendants still reside.
Delia Kenny was born around 1868, in County Galway. Last Irish residence was Athenry. Joseph O'Connor/Connors was born around 1872 in County Galway. Last Irish residence was Athenry.
They were married between 1894-1898, either in Waltham or Louisville. Their children were Rodger (died as an infant) and Mary Agnes (born 1898 in Louisville).
Delia was the daughter of Peter Kenny -- she had siblings named Rodger and Julia (married a Sullivan). Joseph was probably the son of John O'Connor and Mary Kennedy. He had a brother named Patrick who also came to the United States and was married to a Bridget Meehan.

Lyn Coyne, < [email protected] > has sent the following query:
PAGE / WALL - Hoping someone may know something about the family of my ancestor, Eliza Page, who came to Australia around 1848, ship unknown.  Her parents were John Page and Catherine Wall and Eliza was born around 1833. The island from which she came was known locally as Page's Island.  Family legend has it that she had a brother, name not known, who emigrated to the United States.  I could not find a reference to John Page in the Griffiths Valuation.  The area from which Eliza came is now Co. Clare, I believe, and the parish would probably be Mountshannon or Clonrush.  There are 18 references to Page's in Ballynakill but no John Page.

Kathy McKee, < [email protected] > has sent the following query:
MORAN / BALDWIN - I am looking for any information on John Moran married to Ann Baldwin.  John was born in Balinrobe, County Mayo, Ireland on 12 Jul 1829.  He emigrated to Canada in 1849 and is said to have been a merchant.  My information is that he married Ann Baldwin, born 1834, in County Galway in 1854.  This seems a little odd to me as Ann was born in Newboro, Ontario, Canada.  To me, it seems unlikely that she went to Ireland to marry John.  However, her parents and 1 brother were born in Ireland so it might be possible?  I have found no information about John and Ann's marriage in Canada, nothing on ship's lists of John coming to Canada, and absolutely nothing on John prior to coming to Canada.  I am hoping that maybe someone on this list can help.
