INCORRIGIBLE ELWOOD BOY

Refused to Attend School and Will Be Sent to Reformatory.

Anderson, Ind., Dec. 3.- Edward Lewis, truant officer for the north part of Madison county, was here yesterday making arrangements to have William Blake, an Elwood youth, committed to the Indiana Reform school at Plainfield. The boy is only 9 years old.
