Directions:
This cemetery is on the west side of Raceway Road, south of 750N. It is on the south side of the entrance to the Forest Lake subdivision, up on a hill. The wooden fence is visible.

Condition:
This cemetery is partially fenced, but not mowed or maintained. The wooden fence is falling down in areas and small trees are growing. The south end, which is against the woods, has a junk pile in it. There are four tablets, all from the same Evans family, laying face up in a row. They have all sunk into the ground. A couple slotted bases were noted. At least one stone is broken. A member of the subdivision association was interested in seeing the cemetery restored.
