Condition:
Before the recent restoration, this cemetery was in horrible condition.
It was mowed, but had not been maintained for many years. There were
an amazing amount of stones on the ground that had been there for many years.
Most large stack stones had fallen and sunk. Pieces and parts were
scattered everywhere. Tablets and stack pieces were disappearing into
the ground. Bushes were growing completely around many of the stones.
Professional restoration saved this cemetery. It is now a beautiful
example of a large, early cemetery. All stones are clean, level, and
repaired.
