LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY WHITEHURST


I, Mary Whitehurst, of DeKalb county in the State of Indiana, do hereby make this my last Will, hereby revoking all former wills if any, by me made.

ITEM 1. It is my will that all my just debts, expenses of my last sickness and my funeral expenses be first paid out of any money which I shall have.

ITEM 2. I give and bequeath to my Grandson, Dean Bechtol, Fifty Dollars.

ITEM 3. I give and bequeath to my daughter Inez Cramer my organ. It is also my will that if any of my daughters hereinafter named want my hard coal burner stove, then she shall pay therefore twenty-five Dollars which shall be equally divided between the other two girls.

ITEM 4. It is my will that the reminder or my property, both real, and personal, shall be equally divided among my three daughters, Hazel Tustison, Inez Cramer and Lucile Shroyer, share and share alike, but with this condition and exception, viz: That the share going to our daughter; Inez Cramer shall be subject to a charge of Four Hundred Dollars, which shall be under the care and control of Hazel and Earl Tustison and used by them for the education of my grand daughter Agnes Pearl Cramer.

ITEM 5. I hereby nominate and appoint Earl Tustison Executor of this will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 11th day of May, 1920.

Subscribed by the said Mary Whitehurst in our presence and attested by us in her presence and in the presence of each other and by her declared to be her last will and attested by us as such, witness our hands this 11th day of May 1920.
