LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EVA SNYDER


Know all men by these presents that I, Eva Snyder, of DeKalb County and State of Indiana, being of sound mind and memory, hereby make and publish my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made at any time.

Item One. I will that after my death my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal estate.

Item Two. I devise to my grand children, the children of my deceased son Cyrus Crabill the following lands in DeKalb County and State of Indiana, to wit; the north half of the north east quarter, of section seventeen, township thirty three north range thirteen east except less ten acres off of the east side, to be held by them as tenants in common in simple in equal proportions.

Item Three. I devise, to my son William W. Snyder, the following lands in DeKalb County of Indiana, to wit; the south half of the south quarter of section eight, in township thirty three north, range thirteen east, except one acre out of the northwest corner, in fee simple, and if my son William should die before me, then to his children, in equal shares.

Item Four. All the rest and residue of my estate, I devise to my grand children, the children of my deceased son Cyrus, and of my son William, share and share alike.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of July, 1910.

CODICIL

I, Eve Snyder testatrix in the above Will being of sound mind and memory hereby execute� this codicil to the above will by which I direct that Mrs. Sarah Goodchild be paid the sum of two hundred dollars upon my death.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 31st day of January 1917.
