LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CAROLINE LOUTZENHISER


I, Caroline Loutzenhiser, in view of the uncertainty of life and wishing to determine the disposition to be made of my estate after my death, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament.

Item. I: I will and direct that all my just debts be paid.

Item. II: I will and devise and bequeath to my sons Frank Loutzenhiser and Amos Loutzenhiser, absolutely and in fee simple all my estate, real, personal and mixed, now owned by or hereafter acquired by me, on condition that, within one year after my death my said sons shall pay the following sums to my other children, to wit:
To my son, Jacob Loutzenhiser, the sum or twenty-five (25) dollars, to my daughters, Mariah Dewitt, Sarah Shade, Amanda Treesh, Elizabeth Thomas, Nora Tompkins and Celesta Young, each the sum of fifty (50) dollars.

Item. III: I hereby appoint my sons, Frank Loutzenhiser and Amos Loutzenhizer, executors of this my last will, they to act without bond.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of October, 1906.

Signed, sealed and acknowledged by the above named testator,,Caroline Loutzenhiser, as her last will and testament, in our presence and by us at her request and by us at her request and in her presence and in the presence or each other, signed as attesting witnesses to said will all on this 22nd day of October, 1906.
