The
following extract forms can be used to record information extracted from
passenger manifests while viewing them online or from a microfilm
reader. The forms are designed so that each individual is
extracted in their own column, rather than their own line number as on
the original manifests. Column descriptions from the original
manifests are listed on each line in the left column. This sheet
is designed so that it can be viewed in portrait orientation for ease of
filing.
