Henry Cronister: Henry J. Cronister, 64, of Springfield died at 10:01 a.m. Sunday at Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Salisbury, the son of Henry & Margaret Robinson Cronister. He was a resident of Springfield for most of his life. Surviving are three sons, Gerald (Butch) of Springfield, Mickie Q. of Chatham, Henry D. of Rochester; seven daughters, Mrs. Henry (Donna) Handley of Springfield, Mrs. Samuel (Peggy) Eddington of Rochester, Mrs. Thomas (Sharon) Gorbett of Rochester, Mrs. Paul (Joyce) Eddington of Rochester, Mrs. Alvin (Becky) Hysler of Rochester, Mrs. Harry (Pat) Thornton of Pawnee, and Mrs. Thomas (Jackie) Paoni of Auburn; three sisters, Mrs. Francis Baumgardner of Springfield, Mrs. Helen Gravitt of Springfield, Mrs. Nellie Sims of Springdale, Ark.; two brothers, Raymond of Hammond, Ind., John of San Diego, Calif.; 46 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

CRONISTER, HENRY - Of 1233 North Eleventh street, died at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 1932, at St. John's Hospital, age 66 years. Survived by wife, Ella; six sons, Harry of Athens, Roy, Lester, Henry, Ray and John, all of Springfield; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Gravett, Mrs. Frances Plummer and Mrs. Nellie Poe, all of city; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Remains were removed to residence where funeral will be held later, Mott & Son, Athens, directing.

Mrs. Rosa Anna Cronister, 78, of 319 N. 13th St., died at 7:20 a.m., Monday at Memorial Hospital. She was born at Salisbury and was a member of Church of God. Her husband, Roy S. Cronister, died Jan. 7, 1969. Surviving are one son, LeRoy of Springfield; five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Standage and Mrs. Bernice Haynes, both of Springfield, Mrs. Elsie Davis of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. hazel Holford of Alamogordo, N.M., and Mrs. Opal Westernberger of Westminster, Calif.; two brothers, Robert Hinds of Pawnee and William Hinds of Springfield; 26 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
services will be at 1 p.m. Thusday at the Vancil Funeral Mansion. Rev. Ruthven Neff will officiate and burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
