There are multiple admission dates for some of these patients which explains why some Names
appear more than one time. The Co. Res. column is patient's county of residence at the time of the his
or her admission. The only information I didn't include here is the �Patient Number� since it didn't
seem to be important information when compared to the other items given. Another note: I believe
the term �eloped� which you will find in the notes section for a number of Names indicates the patient
escaped or walked away from the hospital.
