A Wisconsin descendant of the Carns family asked that a search for this cemetery be conducted in 1972. Land records reveal that Andrew Carns set off 24 square feet as a burial ground on or near the west line of the property. A discussion with Howard Becker, the owner of the land at that time revealed that there have not been any marked graves on the land for the fifty years he had been on the farm. Mr. Becker did not know the location of the cemetery on his farm.
