Matilda Robinson, Once Of Ashland Dies In Missouri

ASHLAND - Matilda K. Robinson of Sedalia, Mo., formerly of Ashland, died 6 p.m. Thursday at her son's home in Sedalia. She was 82 years old.

She was born at St. Peters, Mo.., April 21, 1889, a daughter of William and Minna Faudi Hanning.

She was married to Roy A. Robinson and he preceded her in death in 1931.

Survivors include three children, Martin W. of Sedalia, Leroy A. of Ashland and Mrs. Mary Schmidt of Monte Rio, Calif.; two brothers, Oscar Hanning of Harrisburg and Gus Hanning of St. Louis, Mo.; twin sisters, Mrs. Ida Stephans and Miss Lena Hanning, both of Long Beach, Calif.; and one grandchild.

Preceding in death were two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the Gainer-Akerlund Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Fanning officiating. Burial will be in Berea Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The family suggest expressions of sympathy be made to Lutheran Care to the Aged.
