Death of an Old Pioneer.
William Estill died at the farm residence of his son, Joseph, on Indian Creek, this county, Thursday morning, April 2d, 1885, at the advanced age of 90 years, 7 months and 2 days. Deceased was born in Fleming county, Ky., August 30, 1794; came to this state in 1824, and located near Cantrall, where he remained two years, then removed to this co. and remaided(sic) settled on the land now owned by his son, Joseph, and where he continued to reside until his death. Mr. Estill was known as an honest, upright gentleman, and was highly esteemed by all who knew him. The funeral services will be held at Lebanon Church to day, at 11 a.m., conducted by Rev. R.D. Miller.
