Mildred Irene McGlasson Mrs. McGlasson attended First Baptist Church of Greenview.76, of Greenview died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at her daughter's residence in Springfield.
She was born Jan. 30, 1915, in Petersburg, the daughter of John and Dessie Stengel Atwood. She married James Howard McGlasson in 1938 in Petersburg; he died in 1990.
Also preceding her in death were two sons, two sisters and three brothers. Surviving are one son, Phillip of Greenview; one daughter, Kay Steffen of Springfield; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marjorie Collins of Petersburg and Lillian Wilkin of Decatur.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Styninger Funeral Home, Greenview, with the Rev. Steve Hardin officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Greenview.State Journal-Register, Springfield, IL, October 20, 1990

Surviving are his wife, Mildred; one son, Phillip of Greenview; one daughter, Kay Steffen of Springfield; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
