Hudson
Mrs. Addie E. Hudson, 90, died at 8:35 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 1974, at Memorial Hospital, Alton, where she had been a patient for three days. She resided at Garnet Chateau Nursing Home in Jerseyville.
A daughter of Lewis and Hannah Lovell Anderson, she was born August 6, 1883, at Carlinville. She married Thomas Hudson and he died July 3, 1951.
Only survivor is a foster son, William Mayberry of Kane. Two brothers, Thomas Anderson of St. Louis and Milas Anderson of Louisiana, preceded in death.
Visitation was after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Mehl Funeral Home, Carrollton. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Kane United Methodist Church with the Rev. Duncan D. McPherson of Dow officiating. Interment will follow in Jalappa Cemetery, east of Kane.
