JAMES MORROW, a native of North Carolina, came to Greene county in the fall of 1824, and crossing Apple creek, journeyed until he had reached a point north of the site of White Hall, where he made a settlement, and resided until 1848, then moved to the suburbs of that city, and in 1850 to Roodhouse township, where he died some six years later.
