Delmar Wehe American Legion Post (Farina)

The Delmar Wehe Post American Legion, No. 411, was organized temporarily on November 20, 1919, by twenty ex-service men. Geo. L. Fender was elected temporary Commander and Levi G. Jones temporary Adjutant. During the next few days twenty-five more names were added to the list making a total of fifty charter members. The post was named the Delmar Wehe Post in honor of Delmar Wehe, the only man from the community to die in overseas service. The following were the charter members of the Post:
