The Letters of William Coy Bryant

This is a wonderful story written by Mark D. Bryant about his relative who fought and died in the Civil War.  He served in the 107th Illinois Volunteer Infantry.  He was from the town of Wapella, and the letters from his parents give the latest news from the neighborhood, while William's letters relate what is going on in the regiment.  If you are interested in the Civil War, don't miss reading this story listed under Military Links.
