Lesa Sue Scott Queen, 38 of Robinson, IL, died at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at her home after a long fight with cancer. She was born May 27, 1968 in Robinson.

She had worked in Robinson as a cashier/waitress and with Home Health Care. She was a member of the Palestine Eagles.

Survivors include her mother and step father, Virginia Sue and Gary Adams, Robinson; her husband of 17 years, Steve Queen, Robinson; 3 daughters, Randi Scott, Toni Scott, and Lori Queen, all of Robinson; 2 sons, Steven Queen II and Johnny Queen both of Robinson; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Stacey and Lynn Bergmann, St. Peter, IL, Cindy and Kevin Tracy, Oblong; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Stanley and Sherri Scott, Lawrenceville, Bobbie and Nicky Scott, Lawrenceville; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2007 at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson with burial to follow in the Robinson New Cemetery. Pastor J. D. Hightshoe is in charge of services. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. Friday and until service time on Saturday.
