Connie Sue Provines 27 of rural Sumner, Illinois died Monday, July 29, 2002 from injuries she received in an auto accident in Lawrence County, Illinois. Connie was born in Olney, Illinois on January 20, 1975 and was the daughter of Wally and Martha (Heath) Curtis. August of 1992 she married Glen Provines. Connie was a homemaker and a former Nurse's Assistant at the Nursing Home in Sumner, Illinois. Connie attended Beulah United Methodist Church, rural Lawrence County, IL and she helped with the Youth Softball in Sumner, Illinois
Connie is survived by her husband Glen, three sons: Christopher, Victor and Cody; her parents: Wally & Martha Curtis; brother & sister-in-law: Fred & Maura Curtis; sister & brother-in-law: Lynn & Clay Like; father-in-law & mother-in-law: Finley & Janit Provines and several nieces and nephews.
Connie is preceded by a daughter: Vickie Lynn Provines who died with her; Great-Grandparents, 3 Grandparents and several Aunts and Uncles.
Burial will be in the Sumner Cemetery, Sumner, Illinois.
