Judy Ann O'Dell, 49, of Robinson, IL, died at 10:25 a.m., Monday, November 10, 2003 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson. She was born August 12, 1954 in Robinson, the daughter of James "Bud" and Wilma (Goff) Montgomery.

She was an active member of the Robinson New Hope Baptist Church and was active in their Sunday School, a teacher of the Pioneer Club, and the director and teacher of Vacation Bible School for many years.

On February 28, 1975, she married Gary O'Dell and he survives. Also surviving are 3 daughters, Stacey Pickens, Cridersville, OH, Kristie Jenkins, Robinson, Nikkii O'Dell, Robinson; 1 son, Jim Pat O'Dell and wife, Stacey, Beaufort, SC; 2 adopted sons, Verzel Randall and Sammy Williams, both of Kankakee; 5 grandchildren, Mikayla Jenkins, Connor Pickens, Marcus Drummer, Aleksey O'Dell, Triannah O'Dell; 3 adopted grandchildren, Mason Randall, Verzel Randall, Jr., and Samuel Williams, Jr.; 4 sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie Dunlap, Robinson, Terry and Dan Whitaker, San Antonio, TX, Cathy and Harold Dunlap, Flat Rock, Carolyn and Stanley Tucker, Carbondale; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. at the New Hope Baptist Church, rural Robinson, Friday, November 14, 2003 with Pastor Dan Sigler in charge of services. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 13th at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the church. Memorials may be made to the New Hope Baptist Church.
