Debbie S. Murray, 53 of rural Palestine, IL, died at 2:39 a.m., Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN. She was born May 20, 1954 in Palestine, the daughter of Harold Harrison and Doris Duncan Harrison.

Debbie was a homemaker, a graduate of the Robinson High School class of 1972, a member of the Crawford County Home Extension, and active in the ministry of the Robinson Faith Christian Fellowship Center. She married Steve Murray June 24, 1972 and he preceded her in death on March 26, 2005.

She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Byron and Earlene Murray.

She is survived by her parents, Harold and Doris Harrison, Robinson; her daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Jeff Wallace, rural Palestine; her brother and sister-in-law, Harold Lee and Kay Harrison, Sullivan, MO; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherry and Roger Malicoat, Hutsonville, Mindy and Buck Camden, Plainfield, IN, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pam and Bob Hall, Robinson; her aunts and uncles, Bill Miesenhelder, Robinson, Rosanne Hart, Robinson, Peggy and Paul White, Coffeen, Philip and Carolyn Murray, Robinson; George and Marsha Baker, Robinson; special friends, Charlene and Randy Bachelor, Flat Rock; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 8th at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson with Pastors Kenneth Knight and Trent Cloin officiating. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation is from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7th and until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Paris Grace Fellowship Church with envelopes available at the funeral home.
