Louise Mitchell, 71, Toledo, Ohio and formerly of the Crawford County area, died Saturday August 24, 2002 at her home in Toledo, Ohio. Louise was born August 6, 1931, near Robinson, Illinois and was the daughter of Guy Schlosser and Beulah (Wall) Schlosser. On December 15, 1951 she married Harlen Mitchell who survives. Louise was a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and taught elementary school before starting her own family.
Louise is survived by her husband Harlen; her father Guy Schlosser; 1 son and daughter-in-law Steven & Mona Mitchell; 1 daughter and son-in-law Ann & Lee Martinez; 5 grandchildren Melissa Mitchell, Andrew Mitchell, Kristina Martinez, Katy Martinez and Mitchell Martinez; 2 sisters and brothers-in-laws Jeannine & Vincent McCreary and Elaine & Darrell Woods; several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceding Louise in death was her mother.
Burial in Oblong Cemetery followed a private family graveside service.
