Elizabeth Dodd Liston, 85, of Robinson, died at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 25, 2007 at Long Term Care Unit of Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson. She was born July 10, 1922 in Robinson, the daughter of Pearl White and Phoebe McIntosh White.
She was a homemaker. She attended Highland Church of Christ.
She married Donald Emerson Liston on December 25, 1947 and he preceded her in death on March 24, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her brother, John White and her sister, Helen Knoblett.
She is survived by her 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Kay and Bill Wampler, Robinson, Shelia Dawn and Mark Wakefield, Robinson; 4 grandchildren, Christopher Wakefield, Robinson, Brittany Wakefield, Robinson, Mandy (Don) Stewart, LaGrange, KY, Lisa (Chris) Uptmor, Hanna, IL; 2 great-grandchildren, Evan Stewart and Lanie Stewart, LaGrange, KY; her sister, Edith Boyd, Danville, IL.
Funeral services will be held at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson on Saturday, October 27th, at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Richard Boyd officiating. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 26th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Robinson Township Library.
