Mary Marguerite Kintner 96 died Thursday August 23, 2001 at Ridgeview Care Center Oblong, IL, She was born August 7, 1905 in Oblong,Illinois and was the daughter of Ira Russell Iiams and Huldah Jane (Kieffer)Iiams.
On June 12, 1940 she married Lester Kintner. He died June 1, 1982. Marguerite worked for both the Oilbelt and First National Banks of Oblong. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church Oblong.
Marguerite is survived by daughter-in-law Judy Kintner Barrett and Marty Barrett; 2 grandchildren Beth & Jim Scott and Chris & Leah Kintner; 4 great grandchildren Taylor, Cody, Wyatt and Josie Scott; niece Mona Lou Koehler and several cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband,1 son Thomas (January 3, 1988) and two sisters.
Burial in Olbong Cemetery, Oblong, IL.
