Daniel Ian Rohan Gunraj, 45, of Robinson, IL, died at 4:44 p.m. Saturday, January 20, 2007. Autopsy results are pending. He was born June 10, 1961 in Georgetown, Guyana, the son of Felix Gunraj and Maybel Beekie Gunraj.
He was an operator on the Alky Unit at Marathon Refinery.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his 2 brothers, John Gunraj, Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada and Winston Gunraj in Arizona; his sister, Genevieve Gunraj, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and close friends, Daryl and Terry Fisher, Robinson.
There will be cremation and visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2007 at the Goodwine Funeral Home, Robinson. Memorials services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the ACE After School Program with envelopes available at the funeral home.
