Jerry D. Dick, 64, New Port Richey, Florida died Wednesday April 12, 2006 at the Mease Dunedin Hospital, Dunedin, Florida following an aneurysm. Jerry was born in Decker Chapel, Indiana on July 27, 1941 and was the son of Wilbur and Chlora (Hedge) Dick. Jerry married Connie (Thacker) and she survives. Jerry lived in Bloomington, Indiana for 12 years where he was employed by Western Electric when he moved to New Port Richey, Florida 24 years ago. He was employed by Continental & TSI as a supervisor in telephone maintenance. Jerry served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in New Port Richey, Florida.

Jerry is survived by his wife Connie Dick; parents, Wilbur and Chlora Dick; two sons and daughter-in-law, Thomas Dick and Blake & Brenda Smith; three daughters and son-in-law, Shirley Watson, Jeanean & Jim Gruzlewski and Danette Smith; eight grandchildren, Paige, Lindsay, Kyle, Jacob, Caleb, Bridgitte, Matthew and Macey; four brothers, Perry, Wilbur Jr., Robert and Boyd Dick; one sister, Betty Jo Wright and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chester and Fern Thacker. Jerry is preceded by two brothers.

Burial will be in the Keplinger Cemetery, Landes, Illinois.
