Janie Marie Davis 49 Oblong died Sunday October 29, 2000 at Crawford Memorial Hospital Robinson. She was born March 24, 1951 in Birmingham, Alabama and was the daughter of Guy Wright & Wilene (Neal) Smith. On May 22, 1970 she married William Ralph Davis. Janie worked on the production line in the candy department of L.S. Heath & Sons Robinson, County Line Cheese Company Robinson & drove a van for handicapped people in Robinson. Her church affiliation was with the Christian Church.
Janie is survived by her mother Wilene Smith; 3 daughters and Son-In-Law Donna & Chuck Tiberi, Crystal Davis & Sylvia Davis; 1 Granddaughter Taylor Davis; 2 Brothers Ron Smith & Guy Wright Smith III; 2 Sisters Donna Sue Montoya & Lorraine Bernal; Several Nieces & Nephews and Special Friends Janet Kamplain, Velma Kessler, Melody Carter & Janet Ward. Janie is preceded by her father, 1 Brother Joe Richard "Jody" Smith and 2 Sisters Priscilla Diane Smith & Bonnie Lou Smith.
