Betty L. Baker 68 Robinson, Illinois formerly of died Thursday, February 13, 2003 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, Illinois. Betty was born in Flat Rock, Illinois on February 4, 1935 and was the daughter of Orville and Faye (Shidler) Miller. On May 12, 1955 Betty married Larry A. Baker. Betty had worked at the Gordon Drive-In, Fashion Shop, Robinson, IL Oblong Telephone Office in the early l960's, Pool's Bargain Center, L. S. Heath & Sons and she retired from Wal-Mart, Robinson in l983. She was a l953 graduate of Robinson High School. Betty was active in the Oblong PTA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts (Camp Fire Girls). Her hobbies were Elvis, drawing faces, reading & knitting. She loved her grandchildren.

Betty is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Richard and Debbie Baker & Bryan and Sheryl Baker; one daughter: Teresa Teter; eight grandchildren: Deborah Lee Baker, Cassandra Faye Baker, Matthew Baker, Kelley Mae Baker, Jamie Jo Baker, Vance Lee Teter, Seth Michael Teter and Dellin Ryan Baker; three brothers and sisters-in-law: Donald and Jane Miller, Larry & Jonida Miller & Jerry and Sharon Miller; one sister and brother-in-law: Jamie & Keith Messenger; several nieces, nephews & cousins; one great aunt: Goldie Crum and one aunt: Juanita Shidler.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, and one infant sister: Mary Alice Miller.

Burial will be in the White Oak Cemetery, Rural .
