Mrs. A.J. BAST, age 28, died March 11. Interred Ashland Cemetery. Leaves husband and 4 young children - source - Ashland Sentinel, March 16, 1895. 

Mrs.BEELY buried Arenzville Cemetery, December 3. She was born in England in 1804 and came here in 1841 - source - Virginia Gazette, December 10, 1881 

A terrible accident last week resulted in the death of Mrs. R. BEGGS. She was kicked by a horse and died the third day. - source - Virginia Gazette, May 13, 1881

Died April 15, in Beardstown, Frederick KAULE, age 79. He was born in Millburg, Germany, came to Chicago and then here in 1840's engaged in the harness business until 1880. Jacob RENTZSCH died Monday at Mt. Pulaski, Illinois. The body was removed to Chandlerville. He was born March 28, 1876 in Osage Co., Missouri. Survived by father and two brothers. Proceeded in death by mother, 3 brothers and 1 sister. - source - Virginia Gazette, December 20, 1901

Died January 9, 10 miles east of here, Frances RYAN. She was born February 8, 1815 in Kentucky. Her maiden name was GAINS. She married John SCHAEFFER who died in 1853 and later Pierce RYAN in 1858 who is ill with lung fever. She leaves 6 children. - source - Illinoian Star, January 12, 1894 

Clay SINCLAIR died, the result of a train accident last Thursday. He was born in Morgan Co., Illinois, June 14, 1844 and married Lute BEGGS who survives with three children. Interred in Ashland, Tuesday. - source - Virginia Gazette, March 2, 1888 

Died January 14 in Ashland at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Mylo LEE, Jamina STATEN. She married Daniel STATEN and was laid to rest beside her husband in Oak Grove cemetery in Beardstown. She also leaves a dau., Mrs. Frank LOHMAN. - source - Ashland Sentinel, January 18, 1896 

Aaron STOUT of near Chandlerville has died. He leaves a wife and 4 children. (One obituary states he was buried at Ashland, another that burial was in Yatesville cemetery.) 

James TAYLOR died at the Poor Farm in Bluff Springs, November 12. Unless his body is claimed he will be interred in Potters Field at Beardstown. - source - Illinoian Star, November 13, 1897
