Ole E. Fass was born in Winneshiek Co., Iowa in 1869. He was married in the spring of 1883 to Anna Fatnes, born in Wisconsin, in 1861. The farm in brookfield township comprises eighty acres. He and brother A. E. Fass and their families are members of the Lutheran Church.
