Anders Gustav Myrell, son Nils Nilsson and Sophia Nilsdotter, was born 26 May 1859 in Gunnarskoog, Varmland, Sweden, and died 15 March 1941 in Menomonie, Dunn Co., WI. He married Kristina Westerlund 8 Nov 1893 in Arthur, IA, daughter of Andrew Westerlund and Brita Jonsdotter. She was born 18 March 1873 in Bollnas, Gefleborgs, Lan Halingland, Sweden, and died 28 Oct. 1964 in Pewaukee, Waukesha, WI.  Children (all born in Odebolt except the youngest): Albert, Effie, Ruby, Alexander, Julia, Leroy, and Blanche

THE CHRONICLE. VOL. 19. NO. 44. MARCH 1. 1906
Koehler & Hanson have purchased from A. G. Myrell the site which Albert Stevens formerly occupied with a blacksmith shop, and have let the contract for a warehouse to John McFarland. The building will be a two-story frame, 30 feet wide in front and 70 feet wide in the rear, with a depth of 60 feet.
