Being about to leave the farm, I will sell at public auction on the premises,
3 miles east and 2 miles north of Odebolt, on

THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 1908

commencing at 10 o’clock a.m., the following property:  Fifteen head of horses, consisting of 1 team bay geldings coming 4 years old, weight 3,100; 1 black gelding coming 4 years, 1,550; 1 gray mare coming 4 years, 1,500; 1 black mare coming 6 years, 1,000, in foal; 1 black mare coming 3 years, 1,500; 1 black gelding coming 3 years, 1,450; 1 brown mare coming 3 years, 1,300; 1 team bay mares coming 2 and 3 years, 1 team black geldings coming 2 years, 1 gray mare coming 2 years, 2 sucking colts.  Fifty seven head of cattle, consisting of 17 steers coming 2 years, 20 heifers coming 2 years, 13 steer calves, 7 heifer calves.  Forty one head of Duroc Jersey hogs, consisting of 40 pure gilts, bred to a registered Duroc Jersey boar; 1 registered Duroc Jersey boar.  One wagon, 1 two seat spring wagon, 1 single seat buggy, 1 edge drop corn planter, nearly new, with 100 rods of wire, 1 Moline Champion corn planter with 100 rods of wire, 1 Solid Comfort gang plow, 1 stirring plow, 1 John Deere six shovel riding cultivator, 1 eighteen foot Moline lever harrow, 1 hay rack, 1 pair bobsleds, 1 set work harness, 1 fanning mill.

TERMS;  Sums of $10 and under, cash; over that amount, one year’s time on bankable note bearing 8 per cent. interest from date.
