There were two other children born to Grandpa and Grandma Schnuckel; a boy, Henry, who died in infancy and is buried in the Odebolt Cemetery, and a girl, Julia.  She graduated from Odebolt High School and was struck down by the great flu epidemic. Martha married Dave Maples and is the Mother of Odebolt's 2002 Quasquicentennial King, David C. Maples.  Martha and her sister Julia died from the flu on consecutive days in 1918 leaving the family in deep mourning.
