To locate and collect any material which may help to establish or illustrate the history of the Fairbank, Iowa area; to disseminate historical information to interested persons, groups, and institutions and to arouse interest in history; and to accomplish these goals through the establishment of clearly defined collection, conservation, and interpretation policies.
